You can cancel here or change your booking online up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge. 

 

However if you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms and conditions the business has the right to charge you the balance of your booking amount left to pay at the appointment by way of your online payment method.

If you are emailing info@santrygp.ie clinic to cancel your appointment, please note our clinic’s cancellation policy is we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice during operating hours to process cancellations eligible for a refund.

Please note that emails to info@santrygp.ie received between Friday 5:00 PM and Monday 9:00 AM, and following a bank holiday until 9:00 AM the next working day, fall outside of our operating hours and are not considered part of the notice period.

If you email the clinic a notification of cancellation within this time frame, it does not meet the required notice period and your prepaid appointment is not eligible for a refund.
